Beipeng® Rock Wool Board Process
Beipeng® hydrophobic rock wool board uses high-quality natural basalt as its main raw material. It is melted at temperatures above 1450℃, spun into fibers at high speed, and produced using advanced three-dimensional manufacturing technology. The resulting high-strength hydrophobic rock wool insulation board is heat-cured and possesses advantages such as thermal insulation, Class A fire resistance, excellent water repellency, high strength, and sound absorption. It is a new type of thermal insulation, heat insulation, and sound absorption material suitable for exterior wall insulation and functional renovation of new or existing buildings with dense structures such as concrete or brick walls. Belonging to Class A1 non-combustible fireproof insulation materials, it possesses extremely high compressive and tensile strength, low water absorption and hygroscopicity, and is dimensionally stable, not deforming due to thermal expansion and contraction, and exhibits excellent aging resistance. It has good compatibility with exterior wall systems, a lifespan comparable to that of the building structure, and provides effective thermal insulation, energy saving, fire protection, and protection against extreme weather conditions.
